黄鳝消化酶活性的研究

摘    要:研究了黄鳝胃、肠道、肝脏等消化器官内蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性.结果表明.蛋白酶在不同消化组织的活性大小从高到低依次为胃》前肠》后肠》肝脏:胰蛋白酶的活性从高到低依次为前肠》胃》后肠》肝脏;淀粉酶的活性从高到低依次为后肠》前肠》肝脏》胃;脂肪酶的活性从高到低依次为后肠》肝脏》前肠》胃.

Abstract:The activities of protease,trypsin,amylase and lipase in digestive tissues or organs of ricefield eel(Monopterus ablus) were studied in this paper.The protease activities in different digestive organs or tissues from higher to lower are in the sequence of stomach>forgut>hindgut>liver,the trypsin activities in different digestive organs or tissues are in the sequence of forgut>stomach>hindgut>liver,the amylase activities in different digestive organs or tissues are in the sequence of hindgut>forgut>liver>stomach,the lipase activities in different digestive organs or tissues are in the sequence of hindgut>liver>forgut>stomach.
