| 摘 要： | 北方农牧交错带是我国生态环境和经济基础极为脆弱的地区,配合国家扶贫政策及生态环境保护措施进行的生态移民是积极而有效的尝试.国内外学者对于生态移民有着大量的研究,通过对国内外大量文献的回顾,对生态移民扶贫研究进行了梳理.研究认为,生态移民能有效地解决北方农牧交错带的贫困问题,减轻生态环境的压力,但在国内实践中,生态移民却遇到了很多挑战.

| Abstract: | The farming-pastoral ecotone in Northern China is one of the most fragile regions in ecological environment and economic foundation in China.Ecological migration was an active and effective attempt to co operate the state policy for poverty alleviation and the measures for protection of ecological environment.There were a large number of academic papers on ecological migration home and abroad.By looking back these papers on this topic home and abroad,the researches on ecological migration for poverty alleviation were completely combed out.Ecological migration could effectively solve the poverty in the farming-pastoral ecotone of Northern China and relief the pressure of ecological environment.In practice,ecological migration suffered from many challenges. |
