火灾对森林土壤微生物数量特征的影响

摘    要:以福建省三明市沙县火烧杉木林、马尾松林和未火烧马尾松林土壤为研究对象,测定土壤中主要微生物类群的数量.结果表明,火烧对土壤微生物数量产生重大影响.土层深度为0-20 cm,火烧马尾松林土壤微环境受到明显干扰,随土层深度的增加,细菌数量逐渐减少,真菌数量逐渐增加;深度大于20 cm,火烧的影响程度逐渐降低,细菌和真菌的数量变化与上述相反,火烧马尾松林土壤微生物总数低于未烧林,火烧杉木林微生物数量变化幅度较小;在20-40 cm深处,细菌数量随土层深度的增加而略有增加,真菌数量则略有减少.2种火烧林型土壤细菌和真菌总数呈极显著差异(P0.01).受林火干扰,在0-5 cm深处的表层土中,火烧马尾松林土壤微生物数量大于火烧杉木林,火烧马尾松林土壤真菌的r=-0.6841,细菌的r=-0.5288;火烧杉木林土壤真菌的r=-0.7216,细菌的r=-0.3789.相关分析表明,在显著性水平取0.05时,2种火烧林型的土壤微生物数量与土层深度间呈负相关关系.

Abstract:The quantity of main microorganism groups in soil was measured for three types of forests in Shaxian county,including burned Cunninghamia lanceolata forest,Pinus massoniana forest and unbured Pinus massoniana forest.The results indicated that the quantity of main microorganism was strongly influenced by burning.In the 0-20 cm range,the burned forest soil micro-environment had been seriously disturbed.With the soil depth increasing,the quantity of bacteria gradually reduced and fungi gradually increased.In the depth below 20 cm,the degree of fire disturbance reduced.The quantity of bacteria and fungi changed differently.The total quantity of microorganism in burned Pinus massoniana was less than the unburned one,but the changing range of which in burned Cunninghamia lanceolata forest was small.In the 20-40 cm range,the quantity of bacteria gradually increased with the soil depth increasing,but fungi gradually reduced.There was significant difference in the quantity of both bacteria and fungi for the burned forest(P<0.01).Disturbed by the fire,the quantity of main microorganism in burned Pinus massoniana forest was higher than the burned Cunninghamia lanceolata forest in the 0-5 cm soil range.The soil fungi of burned pinus massoniana forest r=-0.6841,bacterial r=-0.5288;while the soil fungi of burned Cunninghamia lanceolata forest r=-0.7216,bacterial r=-0.3789.Correlation analysis showed that there was a high negative correlation between soil microbial quantity and soil layer when the significant level was 0.05.
