对虾养殖海区芽孢杆菌筛选及其水质净化研究

摘    要:从胶南、红岛、仰口不同的对虾养殖区域,采集凡纳滨对虾养殖水体中的水样、底泥以及对虾肠道和粪便样品,从中分离筛选芽胞杆菌菌群,获得8株不同的芽胞杆菌菌株.通过形态学特征、生理生化特性结果分析和16S rDNA分析鉴定,确定其中的JNSY1菌株为蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus).安全性测试发现该蜡样芽孢杆菌JNSY1菌株对养殖的凡纳滨对虾(Penaeus vannamei)无毒害作用.水质净化实验结果表明,10 d后该JNSY1菌株对养殖水体中氨氮的降解率达到65.5%,对亚硝酸盐的降解率达到68.3%,表明该菌株对养殖水体有明显的净化作用,可以研发作为微生态制剂.

Study on Bacillus Screening and Their Purification of Water Quality Analysis from Sea Shrimp Farming Areas
Abstract:Jiaonan, Hongdao Island and Yangkou are typical shrimp aquaculture areas.Samples were collected from aquaculture water, sediment, shrimp intestinal and fecal of these 3 areas.8 different strains of Bacillus bacteria obtained through isolation.By morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA analysis methods, JNSY1 which is one of these 8 Bacillus bacteria strains was identified as strains of Bacillus cereus (Bacillus cereus).Security test found that JNSY1 Bacillus cereus had no toxic effects to shrimp (Penaeus vannamei).According to the water purification test, it showed that JNSY1 Bacillus cereus could efficiently degrade ammonia nitrogen, its degradation rate reached 65.5% after 10 days dealing with, JNSY1 Bacillus cereus could also degrade nitrite with the rate of 68.3% after 10 days test.That indicate JNSY1 Bacillus cereus has obvious aquaculture water purification function, it can be used as a microbes which has great potential useful in aquaculture.
