| Abstract: | The paper analyses some issues about the collective-owned forest property right in China from the angle of legality. And then it introduces the basic experience in the system of the collective-owned and private-owned forest property right in forest-developed countries. And in combination with the concrete forestry situation in China's collective-owned forest, it expounds some related issues on how to improve or perfect the legal system of the collective-owned forest property right in country under the conditions of market economy. |
