水稻品种慢瘟性研究

摘    要:1989~1991年以早籼湘州5号、二九丰、浙辐802、广陆矮4号和原丰早等为供试品种,用ZB_1(85-14),ZB-(15)(0262),ZC_(15)(84-76)等稻瘟病菌(有性态为Magnaporthe grisea Barr.,无性态为Pyricularia oryzae Cay.)菌株,分别测定了供试品种的病斑大小、相对侵染率、相对抗病性指数、群体抗病性、病斑产孢能力和潜育期等,统计分析结果表明:上述6个性状在供试品种间均有显著差异,它们均为慢瘟性的有效组分,其中湘州5号、二九丰、浙辐802与对照相比具有病斑小、相对侵染率低、相对抗病性指数较高、群体抗病性较强、病斑产孢能力较差和潜育期较长等特点,表明这3个品种对供试菌株具有慢瘟性的性能,在旱圃条件下表现为发病进程缓慢。相关分析表明各组分之间呈显著相关。此外,本文还就慢瘟性与广谱抗性的关系进行了讨论,并初步提出了慢瘟性的简易鉴定方法。

Abstract:The lesion size (LS) , relative infection efficiency (RIE) , relative resistance index (RRI), difference in infectivity (DIE) .sporulation capacity (SC)and incubation period (IP) of rice varieties Xiang-zhou 5, Er-Jiu-Feng, Zhe-Fu 802 ,Guang-Lu-Ai 4 and Yuan-Feng-Zao infected with ZB, (85-14), ZB15(0262)and ZC15(84-76)of Pyricularia oryzae during 1989-1991 were measured and observed. Statistically significant differences among varieties were found for LS, RIE, RRI, DIE.SC and IP, with Xiang-Zhou 5 ,Er-Jiu-Feng and Zhe-Fu 802 showing smaller LS.less RIE, higher RRI,lower DIE and SC as well as longer IP as compared with those on susceptible varieties, indicating the slow-blasting of the three varieties to these isolates. The six characteristics measured about are effective components of slow-blasting. Correlation analysis showed that these six components were closely related to one another. In the upland nursery experiment disease progress varied greatly among the varieties. Xiang-Zhou 5, Er-Jiu-Feng,Zhe-Fu 802 were least infected. Besides, the relation between the slow-blasting resistance and the broad spectrum resistance were discussed ,and a simple technique for determining slow-blasting resistance was proposed.
