稻曲病的侵染途径研究

摘    要: 本文通过在水稻的不同生育期用厚垣孢子进行人工接种,探讨稻曲病的侵染途径及厚垣孢子在侵染过程中的作用.结果表明,在水稻幼芽期及抽穗期用黄绿色厚垣孢子接种,都能使其发病.而且在幼芽1~3mm 时接种的比4~6mm 接种的发病率高.用当年的自然孢子及头一年在试验室内保存的孢子在抽穗期接种,也都能使水稻发病.

Abstract:By artificial inoculation with Chlamydospores of Ustilaginoidea Virens during different growing periods of rice plant,the studies were carried out on infection route of rice false smut and on behaviour of chlamydospores during infection period,respectively. The results showed that rice plant can be infected with Yellow-green chlamydospores during growing period of seedling and heading stage.The disease rate of seedling at the length of 1~3mm inoculated with chlamydospores was more than that of 4~6mm seed-lings inoculated.Rice plant can also be infected during heading stage with natural chlamydospores and chlamydospores stored in house for one year.
