| Abstract: | Guangyuan city takes the lead in proposing the development of raw vegetable industry, promoting the supply-side reform of the vegetable industry and leading the new demands for modern vegetable consumption in China. This paper deeply considered the development of raw vegetable industry in Guangyuan, and summarizes the origin of raw vegetables, the rise of raw food culture in China, and the development status of raw vegetables industry in Guangyuan. |
