摘    要:在考虑内啮合齿轮副内外齿廓理论间隙、制造误差及轮齿弹性变形的基础上,建立了三环减速器实际接触地数及各齿间载荷分配的理论分析模型,计算出在额定载荷工况下的实际接触齿对数及各齿上的载荷分配,并利用应变测试方法进行了相应的实验研究,验证了理论分析计算的结果,为三环减速器承载能力的估算、齿轮几何参数的确定及零部件的强度分析计算提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A three ring reducer is a new kind of gear drive developed in the past decade, and is a type of epicyclic gear drive with small tooth number difference and internal gear. It is different from other gear transmission, that the load shearing factor of multi tooth contact is much smaller. On the basis of analyses of geometry, tooth deformation and manufacturing errors, a mathematical model which describes the state of multi tooth contact and the load distribution characteristics of tooth was developed. The number of teeth contacted simultaneously and their load distribution characteristics can be calculated by this model. The calculations show that the number of contacting tooth pairs is not to exceed 3 in each internal gear. Finally, the theoretical results were verified by experiments. The study lays the foundation of analysis of tooth stress and the choice of design parameters in planetary gearing with small tooth number difference. It provides a theoretical foundation for parameter design and strength calculation of the three ring reducer, and also conduces to the further research on efficiency, lubrication and transmission accuracy in the same gearing.
