| 摘 要： | 铁岭－抚顺浑河隧道输油管道穿越段因腐蚀穿孔严重对其进行施工改造。针对隧道施工难度大、技术要求高的特点，制定了新管道布管的设计方案，介绍了隧道施工中旧原油管道拆除、布管、焊接和防腐保温阶段的施工方法，并根据现场施工要求，对机具进行改进，积累了一定的施工经验。

| Abstract: | A 1 300 m long pipeline (a part of Tieling-Fushun oil pipeline) laid in Hunhe River tunnel seriously corroded. So,the replacement decision has to be made. Because of the difficulty in replacement job,a design scheme on stringing has been drawn out. In the paper, the pipeline replacement procedure in old pipe removal,pipe stringing,welding and corrosion control are introduced. |
