| 摘 要： | 针对目前长输管道工程测量采用GPS定位技术建立首级控制网无具体技术规定可以遵循的实际问题，对首级控制网的精度等级、网形设计和GPS拟合高程等问题进行了探讨，并提出了相应的设想和改进措施。
