水松扦插繁殖体系研究

摘    要:为了构建有效的水松扦插无性繁殖体系,采用单因素试验设计,测定了不同激素种类、激素浓度、处理时间、扦插基质及插穗的选择等因素对水松扦插生根率及生根性状的影响。结果表明,ABT1处理的插穗生根率明显高于其他激素,浓度为150mg/LABT1处理后生根率最高可达36.94%;不同浸泡时间对插穗生根率影响不同,浸泡2h后生根率最高;泥炭土:珍珠岩(2:1)混合基质条件下,生根率最高,生根性状指标优于其他基质;侧枝及顶芽是影响水松插穗生根率的重要因素;春季扦插生根率明显高于秋季。总结得出水松扦插繁殖的最佳技术组合,生根率可达39.89%,研究结果可为水松种群的保护和人工培育管理提供科学依据。

Abstract:In order to establish an effective cutting propagation system of Glyptostrobus pensilis,the field experiment was carried out by single factor design.The effect of different factors such as auxin,treatment concentration,treatment time and substrate on rooting rate and rooting condition of G.pensilis was discussed.The results showed that the cuttings rooting rate were significantly higher by soaking in ABT 1 150 mg/L solution for 2 h than other hormones.The medium with combination of peat soil:perlite=2:1 was the best substrate.The terminal bud and sucker were the key factors to improve rooting rate of G.pensilis,while the cuttings rooting rate was significantly higher in spring than autumn.The rooting rate could reach 39.89% by this way.The results would provide a theoretical basis for the protection and management of G.pensilis population.
