摘    要:玉米病毒病是系统侵染性病害,是玉米上危害损失重而难以防治的病害。为了探明浙江西北部地区新近大面积发生的玉米病毒病病原和灾发流行规律,研究提出防治技术。于2008-2011年对该病的病原、传毒媒介、发病流行规律、致灾因子和综合防治技术进行调查试验研究。结果表明,浙江临安等地发生的玉米病毒病为玉米矮缩病,又称玉米粗缩病,是由水稻黑条矮缩病毒(RBSDV)引起,灰飞虱为传毒媒介;病害发生流行与介体灰飞虱发生量和带(传)毒率、气候条件、玉米品种抗病性、播栽期,以及水稻发病状况等具有密切关系;提出了病害防控对策和综合防治技术,并在生产上示范和大面积推广应用,有效地控制了病害发生危害,保障了玉米的丰收,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:Maize virus disease is a systematic infestation disease, and a disease on maize causing serious damage and difficult to control In order to clear the pathogen and epidemiology of the disease raising and spreading in recent years in maize main production area in northwest Zhejiang, to present control technology, we had investigated and researched to the pathogen, virus transmitting vector, epidemiology, disaster causes and IPM technology in 2008-2011. The results showed that, maize virus disease occurring in Lin' an was maize dwarf disease, or maize rough dwarf disease; it was caused by the virus RBSDV, small brown plant hoppers (SBPH) were the insect vector. The disease' s epidemiology were related with the SBPH vector population dynamics and ratio of the vector insects with virus, climate, variety resistance, sowing and planting timing and rice status of infestation. The control strategies and integrated control technology to the disease were presented and extended spreading on maize production in large scale, the damage of the disease was effectively controlled, good harvest was insurance, significant economic and social effeciency were acquired.
