| 摘 要： | 外源基因在转基因植物的稳定表达是获得理想转基因植物的首要条件。在我们进行的转基因植物研究中，根据转基因植物所带有的转基因成分和标记基因的DNA序列，采用Southemblot技术对转基因植物中的猪α-乳清蛋白基因和标记基因的拷贝数进行了分析。结果表明：外源基因的拷贝数和外源基因的稳定表达相关。
