摘    要:对龙血树白绢病病原菌进行分离、鉴定和生物学特性的研究,结果表明,龙血树白绢病的病原菌为齐整小核菌Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc。在30℃、pH值为5.0~6.0的条件下适宜该菌菌丝生长;菌核在25~30℃时形成量最多,最适于菌核萌发的温度为30~35℃、pH值为4.0~7.0;40℃以上高温抑制菌核的形成。病菌能利用多种碳源、氮源,有无光照都能很好生长。

Abstract:Pathogen of Southern blight attacking Dracaena was isolated and identified and its biological characteristics were observed. The pathogen of the Southem blight of Dracaena was identified as Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. Mycelia of the fungus grew well when cultured at 30~C with pH 5.0 ~6.0. The optimum temperature ranged from 25~C to 30~C for sclerotia production, from 30~C to 35~C for sclerotia germination with pH 4.0~7.0. Sclerotia were inhibited in growth at the temperature of higher than 40~C. The mycelia of S.rolfsii infecting Dracaena utilized various carbon and nitrogen sources and grew well with or without illumination.
