| 摘 要： | 取嫁接后的盛产期青梅优良单株当年生枝条为插穗 ,采用地膜覆盖圃地 ,不同浓度ABT的双因素随机区组设计方法 ,在 11月中旬开展扦插育苗试验 ,结果表明 :地膜覆盖和ABT生根粉处理 ,可显著地提高青梅扦插成苗率和苗木质量 ,以地膜覆盖 +10 0mg·L-1的ABT生根粉溶液处理 4h ,平均成苗率与苗木质量指数分别达 80 %、77 5 % ,比对照分别提高5 5 %和 35 6 2 %。

| Abstract: | The results show that ground film coverage and ABT rooting powder treatment may notably raise Vatica astrotricha cutting plant percent and seedling quality. With the ground film coverage and 4-hour ABT rooting powder (100mg·L -1 )treatment, the average plant percent and seedling quality index reach 80% and 77.5% respectively, which increase by 55% and 35.62% as compared with those of the control. |
