| 摘 要： | 玉米是旱地作物中需水量最大的作物之一,干旱是严重制约玉米产量的一个非生物因素,是造成我国及世界各地玉米产量低而不稳的重要原因,干旱对玉米的产量影响巨大。通过对玉米抗旱育种意义的分析,综述了玉米抗旱育种的遗传基础、抗旱材料的选择与鉴定方法和一些常见的抗旱育种方法。 |

| Abstract: | Maize is one of the largest water-requirement upland crops,while drought is one of the main abiotic stress factors which limit maize production seriously.Drought is the most important factor of causing low and unstable maize yield in all over the world and China.By analyzing the significance of maize drought-resistance breeding,this paper has summarized the heredity basis of breeding,the ways of choosing and identifying breeding materials,the popular methods of breeding for drought resistance of maize. |
