| 摘 要： | 研究了不同时期施氮和增施钾肥对菜心产量及硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量的影响,结果表明:适当提早施氮和增施钾肥有提高菜心产量的趋势;提早施氮可使菜心的硝酸盐含量下降18.2%~23.4%、亚硝酸盐含量下降32.9%~53.3%;增施钾肥能使菜心的硝酸盐含量下降12.8%~50.3%,但对亚硝酸盐含量的影响不显著。

| Abstract: | The effect of beforehand fertilization or potassium adding on the yield and the content of nitrate or nitrite to Flowing Chinese Cabbage in field was investigated. ;Fhe results showed that the yield of Flowing Chinese Cabbage was increased by adding potassium or beforehand fertilization. The content of nitrate and nitrite decreased 18.2% -23.4% and 32.9% 53.5% respectively by beforehand fertilization; adding potassium decreased the content of nitrate 25.5%, but it had no significant effect on the content of nitrite. |
