摘    要:国内外林木木材性状的的遗传变异研究,多采用小样本抽样方案进行,齐明等人曾于2009年撰文提出3种方法来完善林木材性遗传改良方案,但这仅适合于7年生左右的子代试验林.文中借助于同一片杉木试验林的资料,论述了10 a以上乃至近成熟试验林材性遗传变异研究方案的拓展方法.其技术关键是全林测量胸径,每小区选择1株优势木或亚优势木...

Abstract:Study on genetic variation of timber properties in forest trees mostly used such scenario about sampling small progeny samples all over the world.The three ways solving those problems have been put forward once in 2009′s article by Qiming et al,but those methods suitable for test plantations below 7 years.By means of one experiment material of Cunninghamia lancelato(Lamb.) Hook over 10 years,the further development of research schemes about forest genetic variation of timber properties has been finished.Its technical key is diameters at all test plantation were measured,but cores of dominant wood or subdominant wood of each plot were extracted.Core density was measured by mean of saturated containing water method.But then GeneXprotools 4.0 algorithm software was used to obtain forecast equation of timber properties of total progeny test plantation.Using core density at all test plantation has been statistically analysed.According to research discovery,the GeneXprotools 4.0 algorithm software is a powerful weapon to solve this question,all data of test plantation provided by mining functions method may cause it more scientific,more reliable and more valuable that how to measure and analyse the information of trial plantations over 10 years(near mature forest stands).This method is worth applying in genetic breeding practice of forest tree.
