桉树内生菌对尾巨桉幼苗抗寒性的影响

摘    要:采用菌液浇施方法对尾巨桉幼苗接种10株桉树内生菌,接种30d后进行低温胁迫.结果表明,处理1、7、5、6、9、3、2、8的半致死温度分别比对照下降了2.71、2.28、1.98、0.77、0.61、0.61、0.26、0.08℃.植株在低温条件下,处理1、7、10、5、8、2、6、4的POD活性分别比对照提高了35.4...

Abstract:Ten kinds of endophytic fungus in eucalyptus were inoculated in the seedling of E.urophylla×E.grandis by applying fungus liquid,the experiment of low temperature stress was carried thirty days later.The results showed that in comparison with control group the semilethal temperature of treatment group 1,7,5,6,9,3,2 and 8 decreased by 2.71,2.28,1.98,0.77,0.61,0.61,0.26 and 0.08 ℃,respectively;the activities of POD of treatment group 1,7,10,5,8,2,6,4 increased by 35.40%,22.52%,12.11%,12.11%,10.04%,8.23%,4.04% and 0.62%,respectively;the activities of SOD of treatment group 1,3,4,5,7 and 8 increased by 36.39%,6.79%,0.06%,4.97%,12.98% and 8.25% respectively;the content of MDA of treatment 5,7,1,4 and 9 decreased by 40.40%,29.08%,28.86%,4.88% and 1.78%,respectively.The results indicated that the cold resistance of eucalyptus increased greatly by inoculating with No.1 endophytic fungus of eucalyptus.
