| 摘 要： | 通过对6种南美热带珍贵木材取样与切片观察及查阅相关书籍资料，对6种木材的树木性状、木材构造特征、材性和用途进行了描述。结果表明：6种珍贵树种均树干通直，高大粗壮；6种珍贵木材材色较深，纹理优美；属散孔材，其中圭亚那乳桑心边材区别不明显，其余5种均心边材区别明显；6种木材管孔中内含物丰富，木射线叠生者分别为平萼铁木豆、乔木维蜡木、重蚁木，其余均不叠生；铁线子、平萼铁木豆轴向薄壁组织丰富，呈带状，重蚁木、紫心苏木薄壁组织较丰富，呈翼状、聚翼状，其余薄壁组织量少；6种珍贵木材的气干密度大，均在0．80g／cm^3以上，硬度大，色泽优美，耐腐性强，属高档木制品良材。

| Abstract: | This article describes the characteristics, timber structure, properties and uses of six kinds of rare trees in Tropical South America through sampling and cut-section observation of the trees. The experiment results show that： Six kinds of rare tree species are straight trunk, tall and sturdy; The color of six kinds of rare trees is deep, their textures are beautiful, and they belong to diffuse-porous wood, of which five kinds of trees are heart sapwood of clear distinction except Guyana Moraceae; The inclusion of the six kinds of rare wood are rich; the wood ray of Brazilian tulipwood, Bulnesia arborea verawood and Lapacho are telescoped except the rest wood; the axial parenchyma of Bulletwood and tulipwood are rich and banded, while the axial parenchyma of Lapacho and Sappanwood are relatively rich and aliform and the rest ones have less axial parenchyma; The six kinds of rare wood have high air-dry density which is more than 0.8 g/cm^3, and also the results show that these six rare wood have high hardness, pretty tincture, strong corrosion resistance,and belong to the high--grade timber |
