太阳能炕热过程动态模拟

摘    要:指出了中国北方农村广泛使用火炕进行采暖,但传统火炕存在空气污染和热效率比低下的问题。提出了一种新型的太阳能炕并建立了动态数值模型。基于该数学模型,以特定气象参数为条件,研究了太阳能炕的蓄热特性和炕表面温度特性。结果表明:在炕表面温度一定的条件下(25℃),房间空气温度波动非常小,炕内水管表面温度不超过40℃。因此太阳能热水很适合作为炕的加热热源。另外,炕的蓄热质量对房间温度影响较大,合适的蓄热质量能保证晚上炕没有加热的情况下,房间空气温度仍然处在舒适的范围。

Dynamic Simulation of Thermal Process for Solar Kang

Abstract:Chinese KANG is widely used as a rural home heating system in Northern China. However, the traditional thermal KANG has air pollution emission and efficiency is iow. Therefore,a new type of solar heating system named as solar KANG has been proposed. In this article,a dynamic numerical model is presented for solar KANG. Based on the model,heating load at a given KANG surface temperature and thermal storage characteristics of KANG are studied for a specified weather conditions. The results indicate:room air temper- ature swing is little at a given KANG surface temperature(25℃) ;the water pipe surface temperature does not exceed 40℃ to keep the surface temperature of solar KANG as constant 25℃, so solar heating water is suitable as the heating source for KANG heating system;storage mass of KANG has great influence on room temperature,reasonable KANG mass can keep room air temperature at a thermal comfort range at night even if heating source is switched off.
