粘胶纤维废碱液纳滤回收装置技术运行分析

摘    要:通过对粘胶纤维废碱液纳滤回收装置的运行分析研究,总结了膜回收装置运行过程中各工艺参数的变化关系及主要影响因素。纳滤装置运行稳定,应用于粘胶纤维生产过程中高浓度废碱液的过滤纯化处理,既可创造较好的经济效益,又减轻环保处理压力。

Abstract:The nanofiltration membrane is a new separation technology, and it has been used to purity and recovery the waste--alkali in the production process of viscose. This kind of technology can not only create better economic benefits, but also alleviate the environmental pressure. By means of analyzing the operation data of nanofiltration device in the reclamation process of Viscose waste--alkali, this article summarizes some factors and effects of operating parameters in the operation process of membrane device. The flux of filtration is stableand reversible after simple chemical clean, so that it can be appied on a large scale in industries.
