| 摘 要： | 目的]研究不同品种番茄叶片的光合特性。方法]以41个番茄品种为试材,用Li-6400便携式光合仪在自然光下,测定其光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度等参数,对41个番茄品种的光合特性进行了研究。结果]番茄净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度在单株上、中、下部层间差异明显。番茄净光合速率呈下降趋势,上部>中部>下部;气孔导度多呈下降趋势,仅有欧赛粉宝和中蔬4号2个品种呈上升趋势,下部叶片气孔导度较大;胞间CO2浓度呈上升趋势,上部<中部<下部。品种白果强丰的净光合速率数值最大,其叶片胞间CO2浓度与其他材料相反,下部>中部>上部。结论]该研究对提高番茄育种和生产水平具有重要意义。
