| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化不断发展的新世纪,作为生态经济建设的重要组成部分,林业产业不仅肩负着保护森林资源与发展林业经济的双重历史使命,而且在实现新一轮的绿色产业革命的过程中处于重要地位.为此,将循环经济思想引入黑龙江省林业产业竞争力研究中,基于循环经济理论,构建了生态循环型产业体系,并提出基于循环经济理论的提升黑龙江省林业产业竞争力的策略,为提升黑龙江省林业产业竞争力给予一定方向引导.
