摘    要:我国农产品要提高国际竞争力,在一个过渡期内必须有政府强有力的农业支持和公共服务。针对制约农业经济发展的薄弱环节和突出问题,政府提供公共品的等次可以向上一层次转化。本文探讨了影响我国过渡性农业公共品供给和服务体系构建的因素,并结合农业主体公共营销服务支持、抗干旱风险支持、反绿色壁垒和农产品营销渠道整合支持等方面展开分析。

Abstract:In order to increase the international competitive power of China's agricultural products, Chinese government at all levels must give agriculture a strong support and provide public services during the transitional period. Public services provided by the government can be transformed to a higher level in view of the vulnerable link and protruding problems which have restricted the development of agricultural economy. This paper discusses some factors influencing China's supply and service establishment of public articles. Support of public marketing service of agricultural main body, support of droughtresistant risks, support of antigreen barriers and supply of integration of agricultural marketing channels are also discussed in this paper.
