摘    要:为明确观赏海棠品种凯尔斯、雪球、火焰、草莓果冻、红丽、绚丽在西北地区园林应用中的抗寒性表现,以其一年生枝条为试材,采用梯度降温法,研究低温胁迫下各品种相关生理生化指标的变化,并应用logistic函数及隶属函数法、聚类分析法等综合评价不同观赏海棠品种抗寒性的强弱。结果表明:凯尔斯、红丽、绚丽、火焰、雪球、草莓果冻的半致死温度(LT50)分别为-24.91、-22.87、-22.53、-21.65、-19.16、-16.49℃;随着温度的降低,各品种相对电导率逐渐升高;MDA含量先上升后下降;可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量总体增加,且呈波动型增长;脯氨酸、SOD、POD酶活性呈升-降-升趋势;6种观赏海棠品种抗寒性强弱依次为:凯尔斯红丽绚丽火焰雪球草莓果冻。

Cold resistance evaluation of physiologic and biochemical response of Malus spp. to low temperature stress
Abstract:In order to seek an ornamental crabapple with high cold resistance in Northwest,China,physiolog-ical and biochemical indicators of six varieties of ornamental crabapple (Malus SPP.)(Malus 'Kelsey','Snow-drift','Flame','Strawberry Parfait','Red Splendor'and 'Radiant')were studied in this paper.One-year old branches of ornamental crabapple were taken as experimental materials,and gradient cooling method was de-signed.Logistic equation,subordinate function and cluster analysis were applied in evaluating the cold resistance of ornamental crabapples.The results indicated that the semi-lethal temperature (LT50 )of Malus 'Kelsey','Red Splendor','Radiant','Flame',Malus 'Snowdrift'and Malus 'Strawberry Parfait'was -24.91℃、-22. 87℃,-22.53℃,-21.65℃,-19.16℃ and -16.49℃,respectively.The relative conductivity of six varieties gradually increased with temperature decreasing.Malondialdehyde (MDA)concentration increased at the first and then decreased with temperature decreasing.Soluble sugar and protein content increased with temperature decreasing.The proline,superoxide dismutase (SOD)and peroxidase (POD)activity appeared trend in rise-fall-rise.The order of cold resistance was 'Kelsey'> 'RedSplendor'> 'Radiant'> 'Flame'> 'Snowdrift'>'Strawberry Parfait'.
