| 摘 要： | 本文分析了影响小麦花药培养愈伤组织诱导率的几个因素。试验结果表明,不同杂交组合和不同培养基对花粉愈伤组织诱导频率的影响很大,同时材料对培养基有选择效应;冬、春杂交材料比冬小麦之间和春小麦之间杂交材料更易诱导愈伤组织;接种后的离体花药冷处理48小时能明显提高花粉愈伤组织诱导频率。

| Abstract: | Factors of effect of induction frequency of callus on anther culture of wheathas been analysed.The experement results showed that different combinations and differentmedium have big effect on the induction frequency of pollen callus.Same material has selec-tion effects to the medium.The callus are easier inducted from the combination between win-ter and spring wheat than between winter or spring wheat.The induction frequency of calluscan be obviously raised by cold treatment 48h after inoculating anthers. |
