出芽短梗霉对苹果采后灰霉病的防治

摘    要:通过稀释平板法和离体果实接种法从苹果表面分离筛选到1株对苹果采后灰霉病Botrytis cinerea具有显著防治效果的酵母菌株2SP,该酵母菌孢子悬浮液对苹果灰霉病的防治效果为78.45%,对灰霉菌孢子的萌发抑制率为90.0%,而过滤上清液和离心灭菌上清液对灰霉病菌防治效果较差,表明营养和空间竞争可能是该酵母菌抑制灰霉病发展的主要机制。该酵母菌在苹果伤口接种后置于4℃低温条件下,30 d后仍能存活,且酵母菌的数量高于起始值。通过26S rDNA D1/D2序列分析,将该酵母菌株初步鉴定为出芽短梗霉Aureobasidium pullulans

Abstract:A yeast isolate 2SP which had significant control efficiency against Botrytis cinerea was screened out by serial dilution technique and fruit-inoculation test on apple surface. The spore suspension of the isolate exhibited 78.45% of disease control of apple gray mold and 90.0% of spore germination inhibition to B. cinerea. However, the cell free culture filtrate and autoclaved cell cultures had a weak control effect, suggesting that the main action mechanism of the yeast isolate was the competition of nutrient and space. The isolate 2SP could live on apple surface wounds at least one month at 4℃, and the population of the yeasts was higher than that of the beginning. Based on 26S rDNA D1/D2 sequence analysis, the yeast isolate was preliminary identified as Aureobasidium pullulans.
