金属带无级自动变速车辆调速特性研究

摘    要:采用键合图理论,建立了金属带无级自动变速系统在起步和加速过程中的动力学仿真模型,分析了发动机不同油门开度和对汽车实施最佳燃油经济性控制条件下,金属带无级变速装置速比随时间的变化规律,从而为无级自动变速汽车的选型匹配和方案布置提供理论设计依据。

Abstract:As a metal pushing belt continuously variable transmission system (CVT) is able to achieve more efficient operation with respect to drive performance and fuel consumption than conventional automatic transmissions, there has been considerable developmental activity in this area in recent years. In this paper, the dynamic simulation model of a metal pushing belt CVT is established when an automobile is in a starting or accelerating states. On the basis of the engine experiment, the automobile is controlled along an optimal economy curve in different throttle opening angles. A suitable control strategy is proposed to realize a smooth clutch starting and accelerating, and the changes of speed ratio of metal pushing belt CVT with time is obtained. The research results will be applicable to the layout and design of a CVT automobile.
