| 摘 要： | 以实现河北农业可持续发展为目的,通过对河北省农业可持续发展的科技重点领域进行研究,构建了适应全面增强农业综合生产能力和建设现代农业发展要求的＂六大科技支撑体系＂,实施了以农业高新技术重点带动,全面提高农业科技持续创新能力和水平的＂十大技术提升战略＂.提出了实现河北省可持续发展战略的保证措施.

| Abstract: | To realize the purpose of agricultural sustainable development in Hebei Province,the key fields in science and technology are studied.Six support systems of science and technology that meet the development requirement of increasing the comprehensive agricultural production capacity and building the modern agriculture are constructed.Ten technology improvement strategies drived by agricultural high technology are carried out to overall improving the sustainable innovation capabilities and levels of agricultural science and technology.The countermeasures of realizing the sustainable development strategy in Hebei Province are put forward. |
