摘    要:采用电导法研究低温胁迫下4种竹类植物电解质外渗率(REC)的变化,并利用Logistic方程对变化曲线进行拟合,分别计算其半致死温度( LT50).结果表明:4种竹子的REC均随着处理温度的降低而呈S形上升,由此计算出S形拐点对应的温度即为其LT50,其抗寒性强弱顺序为:淡竹>安吉水胖竹>寿竹>蓉城竹,LT50分别为-...

Abstract:Electrical conductivity method was used to determine the curve of REC of four bamboo species in low temperature stress,and Logistic equation was used to fit it and then calculate their respective semi-lethal temperature(LT50).The result showed that REC of four species increased as a S-curves with the decrease of temperature.Determing LT50 with the S-curves inflection point temperature.From these,the cold tolerance(from strong to weak) is:Phyllostachys glauca,Phyllostachys rubicunda,Phyllostachys bambusoides f.shouzhu and Phyllostachys bissetii.The corresponding LT50 was-23.03℃,-19.16℃,-16.32℃ and-15.99℃,respectively.
