三轮农用车车架的轻量化研究

摘    要:将有限元法和遗传算法有机结合,对某型三轮农用车车架进行了轻量化研究。同时,在对车架板壳单元模型进行性能分析并获得相关参数的基础上,进一步建立了车架的参数化有限元模型和优化数学模型,并编写遗传算法程序对其进行优化求解,取得了理想的减重效果。该方法也可应用于其它车架的优化设计中。

Abstract:Lightweight design of farm tricycle frame is realized by organically combining finite element method with genetic algorithm.On the basis of acquiring corresponding response through normal and linear analysis on the finite element model,build parameterized finite element model and mathematic model of the frame,and write genetic algorithm procedure taking less weight as target and get ideal effect.The method may be applied to structural optimization of other frame.
