银杏脱壳技术的试验研究

摘    要:银杏是广东南雄的著名特产,有很高的医用和食用价值,为了开发出各种银杏深加工产品,首先必须解决脱壳的问题。为此,研究分析了国内外各种银杏脱壳设备,并在此基础上,提出了轧辊—直板机构的脱壳技术。银杏经干燥后分类,按大小不同进入银杏脱壳机,通过轧辊—直板的挤压破碎,达到脱壳的目的。经过大量的试验及测定,证明该技术脱壳率高、破碎率低,能适用于实际的生产。

Abstract:Ginkgo is the famous produce of nanxiong Guangdong, It have very high medical and edible worthiness, In order to develop all kinds of farther-processed produces of the ginkgo, the ginkgo shelled problem should be solved first. Many kinds of the ginkgo shelling equipments all over the world were studied, and the roller and extrusion shutter mechanism ginkgo shelled technology is put forward. The ginkgo were classified after drying, then were put into the different ginkgo shelling machine, and exuviated by the roller and extrusion shutter mechanism. Test results proved that there were high shelling rate and low kernel cracking rate by roller and extrusion shutter mechanism technology, and can fit to the practice producing.
