| 摘 要： | 作为道路交通安全问题,其不仅关系到车辆的正常安全运行,而且关系到发生灾害后救援工作能否顺利开展。针对南方出现的雨雪冰冻灾害,从保障道路交通运输安全的方面分析了道路交通对森林资源救援的影响,指出发生雨雪冰冻灾害时道路交通运输所显现的问题,并提出了几点改进的参考建议,包括加强林区道路交通灾害的预警、完善林区道路交通应急救援预案的制定与实施、做好汽车轮胎胎冠的安全技术措施、轮胎胎冠形态优化、提高发生灾害后的防护抢修能力和加强林区交通运输安全管理等,为今后的灾害救援、减少次生灾害提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | The road security problems are related not only to the safe operation of vehicles,but also to whether the rescue can be successfully carried out after disaster.Aiming at the snow disaster in the south,the influence of road traffic on forest resource rescue was analyzed under the guarantee of road transportation security,and the problems appeared in the disaster were pointed out.Several suggestions for improvement were put forward,including strengthening the early warning of the disaster in forest road transportation,improving the development and implementation of the emergency plan,doing well in the safety measures of vehicle crown tire,optimizing the crown tire shape,promoting the repair and protection capability after disaster and enhancing the security management in forest transportation,which could provide some references for the reduce of disaster and disaster assistance in future. |
