摘    要:以单季茭蒋墅茭和双季茭葑红早为试材,在土壤栽培下,对Cd2+100 mg/L、Pb2+1 000 mg/L.的单一及复合胁迫进行有机肥和无机肥处理,测定了茭白产品器官中膳食纤维及粗纤维的含量.结果表明,Cd2+、pb2+胁迫能增加茭白产品器官中总膳食纤维、不溶性膳食纤维以及粗纤维的含量,但降低了可溶性膳食纤维的含量;无机肥处理、复合胁迫处理时.茭白产品器官中总膳食纤维、不溶性膳食纤维及粗纤维的含量分别高于有机肥处理和单一胁迫处理:品种问存在差异,蒋墅茭产品器官中膳食纤维的含量高于葑红早,而粗纤维含量则低于葑红早.

Abstract:To study the contents of dietary fiber (DF) and crude fiber in gall's of Zizania latifolia to in stress with Cd2+ 100 mg/L, Pb2+ 1 000 mg/L and their combined stress, a single-harvested cultivar Jiangshujiao and a double-harvested cultivar Fenghongzao of Zizania latifolia were cultured in soil with organic fertilizer (OF) and inorganic fertilizer (IF).
