| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆是公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,将高校图书馆放在公共文化服务体系的环境中并确定其功能定位具有十分重要的意义。笔者首先介绍了高校图书馆的公共文化服务功能特征,详细论述了高校图书馆在公共文化服务体系中的基本功能,指出高校图书馆应当以当地发展需要为导向,立足于自身发展水平,明确其能够提供的公共文化服务,形成符合当地情况的功能构成,从而优化配置资源,最终确保功能的实现。

| Abstract: | The academic library is an important component of the public cultural service system. It is very important to determine the position and function of academic libraries in public cultural service system. In this paper, the features of the public cultural services of academic libraries are introduced firstly. Then the basic functions of the academic libraries in public cultural services are analyzed. Finally, a principle of positioning is pointed out that academic li- brary should take the local development needs as the guidance, and base on their own level of development and public cultural services, and then optimize the allocation of resources to ensure that the final realization of the function. |
