| 摘 要： | 政府是信息的最大拥有者,随着信息时代的到来,政府信息公开成为必然的发展趋势。政府信息是档案信息的重要组成部分,档案部门是政府公开发布信息的重要部门。本文从政府信息公开与档案利用服务的现状、关系、以及政府信息公开与档案利用结合的优越性角度提出政府信息公开背景下如何完善档案服务的对策。
