馆员在图书馆中作用的评价方法研究

摘    要:馆员在图书馆服务中发挥着越来越重要的作用,馆员素质的提高可以改变图书馆的服务质量。在此从kano模型与ClimateQUAL评价体系的角度出发,先分析了目前所存在的状况,又根据实际设计了基于kano模型分析时所需要的调查问卷,及结果分析的方法,最后建设kano模型与ClimateQUAL评价体系协同分析,并提出相应策略。

Abstract:Librarians play a more and more important role in providing services in the library. The improvements of librarian' s personnel quality can enhance the library' s service quality significantly. Hence, based on the KANO model and CiirnateQUAL evaluation system, this article analyze the current status first and design the questionnaire required in KANO model analysis and the corresponding analysis method. On top of that, this article propose two strategies based on the cooperative analysis to KANO model and ClimateQUAL evaluation system.
