| 摘 要： | 中药成分复杂,为了提高疗效、减小使用剂量、便于制剂,需要经过提取、纯化处理。中药的提取纯化是一个复杂过程,传统方法包括溶剂分离法、溶剂萃取法、沉淀法、盐析法、透析法及结晶法。随着科学技术的发展,现代提取技术的出现,从根本上克服了传统提取纯化方法的缺点。论文对中药现代提取方法进行了综合分析。
