| 摘 要： | 本文立足于高校体育课程教学改革,对高校现有的体育教学资源进行优化整合,形成以班级授课为中心,课外辅导、俱乐部锻炼、学校竞赛活动、网络化教学平台等多种活动形式相结合的立体化高校体育教学体系,并将体育人文精神理念引入体育教学中,从而培养学生养成终身体育的思想意识、能力和习惯,实现体育课教学与终身体育的完美结合,提高高校体育课的教学效果。

| Abstract: | on the basis of the teaching reform about the university physical education course,this paper focuses on allocating and optimizing the physical teaching resources in the university,establishing a kind of three dimensional university physical teaching system which centers on the teaching in class,combining with the extracurricular tutorship,club training,contest and web-teaching platform,introducing the sports humanistic spirits into the physical teaching.Thereby this is meant to let the students developing a life-long sports ideology,ability and habits,to achieve the combination with physical education and life-long physical exercise,and to improve the teaching effect of college physical education. |
