| 摘 要： | 以刺槐、臭椿、白蜡种子为材料,经过不同浓度PEG 6000(O%、10%、20%)水溶液浸种24 h.然后观察种子在不同浓度梯度NaCl胁迫下的发芽情况.结果表明:不同浓度PEG预处理对3种树种种子在盐胁迫下的萌发均有一定的延缓作用.其中10%的PEG预处理下种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数最高,对3种树木种子的盐胁迫伤害缓解效果最好.

| Abstract: | Effects of PEG pretreatment on salt resistance of Robinia pseudoacacia and Ailanthus altissima and Fraxinus velutin seeds were systematically studied in this paper.After pretreated with different PEG6000(0%,10%,20%)concertration solutions for 24h,the seeds germinated respectively under different NaCl concertration stress.The results indicated that effects of the different PEG pretreatment for three kinds of tree seeds germination under salt stress were all alleviated.The best treatment was 10% PEG pretreatm... |
