| 摘 要： | 针对目前带锯制材工艺设计中存在的几个问题进行分析和研究，合理地解决了制材工艺设计中下锯锯口数量、锯口分配、贮存台大小计算和运输设备运行速度计算等问题，并对工艺方案的评价和优选进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | There are some problems in the present technical design of band mill,which were studied and successfully solved in this paper.There problems were how to calculate and allot the saw drafts,how to design the size of the buffer deck or waiting deck,how to calculate the speeds of conveyers and how to appraise and optimally select the technical scheme of lumber manufacturing. |
