藤茶总黄酮超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:为了研究超声法提取藤茶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,本文在考察乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取时间和提取次数4个单因素的基础上,采用4因素3水平L9(3^4)正交试验法,以总黄酮的得率为考察指标,对超声法提取藤茶总黄酮的工艺进行了优化。结果表明:藤茶总黄酮的最佳超声提取条件是:70%乙醇,液料比30∶1,提取时间20 min,提取3次。此条件下,总黄酮得率为35.86%,说明超声提取具有短时、高效、节能的优点,可用于藤茶总黄酮的提取。

Abstract:The ultrasonic wave extracting protocol of total flavones from Ampelopsis grossedentata(Hand-Mazz) W.T.Wang,including ethanol volume fraction,liquid-material ratio,extraction duration and times was optimized in the current work.Using 4 levels with 3 factors L9(3^4) orthogonal test,the results showed that the optimal condition was 70% of ethanol,30∶1 of solution to material ratio,20 min of extraction,and extraction for 3 times,from which 35.86% of the extraction rate might be obtained.Ultrasonic wave extraction could shorten the extraction time and increase the extraction efficiency,and save the energy,thus might be employed for the extraction of total flavones from Ampelopsis grossedentata.
