| 摘 要： | 为了研制优质的土霉素混悬剂,试验采用单因素试验及正交试验法,筛选了土霉素混悬剂的理想配方,以土霉素为主药, 以蒸馏水为溶媒,应用分散法成功研制了土霉素混悬型制剂,并评定了混悬剂的质量指标.试验结果表明,测定的4种不同浓度混悬剂样品的平均回收率为100.62%,RSD为0.48%,静置3h的沉降体积比均大于0.9,且混悬剂稳定性好,不易结块,易于重分散.

| Abstract: | In order to preparation high quality oxytetracycline Suspension, The satisfactory formula of oxytetracycline suspension has been selected by single factor tests and four factor-three level orthogonal tests. Basing on dispersion method, the oxytetracycline is designated as the main pharmacopoeia, the oxytetracycline suspension had been preparted successfully by suspending in distill water, and the quality of suspension had been evaluated.The experimental results indicated the average recoveries of four kinds of different consistence suspension is 100.62%, RSD is 0.48%, the ratio of settling volume and redispersibility is all more than 0.9 when it was quiet laid for three hours, it has good stablility, and do not agglomerate, easy to redisperse. |
