摘    要:研究表明利用微生物对环境中有机农药的净化处理是行之有效的.文章综述了有机农药降解菌的筛选及种类、微生物降解有机农药的途径及降解机理、农药降解基因工程菌的构建等几个方面的研究现状以及微生物降解有机农药存在的问题与展望.

Abstract:It' s effective to purify organic pesticide in environment by use of microbe. In this paper, the present sit- uations have been discussed on the choice and varieties of degrading fungi of organic pesticide, the ways and mech- anism of degrading organic pesticide by use of microbe, the construction of gene engineering bacteria with pesticide degradation, and the problems existing in degrading organic pesticide.
