河蟹幼体饵料轮虫的营养强化

摘    要:目的]初步探讨用50-DE微囊强化剂对褶皱臂尾轮虫进行强化培养,找出新的强化培养方案。方法]用不同浓度的50-DE微囊脂肪酸强化剂对褶皱臂尾轮虫进行营养强化。结果]轮虫浓度为250 ind/ml时,强化剂有效浓度为3×106-3×108ind/ml,最佳浓度为3×107ind/ml。强化最佳效应时间为12~16 h,强化48 h后强化组轮虫脂类含量仍高于对照组(酵母培养组)。结论]强化剂浓度太高不仅不能有效提高轮虫的总脂含量,而且会导致被强化轮虫的密度下降,水体环境质量改变也与之有关。轮虫的生活需要洁净的水体,水体中含有过多的脂质强化剂微囊时,轮虫的活动空间以及水质都会受到不同程度的影响,从而影响轮虫的存活和生长。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to discuss preliminarily the strengthening culture with 50-DE microcapsule strengthener to Branchionus plicatilis and find a new strengthening culture plan.Method] The strengthening nutrition culture was conducted with 50-DE microcapsule strengthener with different concentrations on B.plicatilis.Result] When the concentration of rotifer was 250 ind/ml,the effective concentration of strengthener was 3×106-3×108 ind/ml and the best concentration was 3×107 ind/ml.The best effect time of strengthening was 12~16 h,and after strengthening for 48 h,the lipids content of strengthened rotifer was also higher than that of CK(yeast culture group).Conclusion] The strengthener with too high concentration not only couldn't enhance the total lipids content of rotifer effectively,but also could cause the density of strengthened rotifer to decrease,which was related to the change of water-body environmental quality.The life of rotifer needed clean water-body.When the water-body contained too many lipid strengthener microcapsules,the active room of rotifer and water quality was influenced to different extents,so its survival and growth were influenced.
