土壤中辣椒疫霉菌诱集方法的研究

摘    要:比较了土壤稀释液培养法、埋茎法和叶饵诱集法检测土壤中辣椒疫霉菌的准确性和可操作性,提出了用植物叶片诱集土壤中的疫霉菌,诱集速度快,可直接判断土壤内的存活菌量,并可根据诱集的土壤菌量判断当年辣椒幼苗疫病的病情。从11种植物叶片对辣椒疫霉菌的诱集能力和检测的准确性中选出以灰绿藜叶饵的诱集效果最好,叶饵着生孢子囊量多。

Abstract:By comparing the three methods of soil dilution , stem burying and leaf baiting, the veracity and maneuverability of detecting Phytophthora capsici in soil were studied. The results showed that using the leaf disk as bait could not only isolate P. capsici from soil quickly, but also estimate the amount of live pathogenic fungi. And the disease index on the capsicum seedlings of the same year could also be predicted. Among the eleven plant leaves, Chenopodium glaucum was the best according to the baiting ability and the detecting accuracy, which showed better results and more sporangia on the baits.
