川中丘陵县域土地利用程度与效益耦合协调格局分析

摘    要:研究土地利用程度与土地利用效益间的耦合协调关系及其空间格局,对于区域土地资源的合理利用与调控具有重要作用。基于川中丘陵区仁寿县2011年土地利用数据和社会经济统计数据,以乡镇为研究单元,采用耦合度和协调度模型分析了该区域县域尺度内土地利用程度与效益间的耦合协调格局及影响因素。结果表明,研究区土地利用程度与效益总体处于低度协调的低水平耦合状态,但区域差异明显。根据各乡镇土地利用程度与效益间的耦合度和协调度可将全区划为磨合区、拮抗区及低耦合区3个类型区。磨合区主要包括区位位置较好及矿产资源丰富的乡镇,其土地利用程度与效益耦合协调程度相对较高;拮抗区包括与磨合区相邻的乡镇以及主要交通道路沿线的乡镇,工业用地和特色种植用地占有一定比例,该区土地利用效益明显滞后于土地利用程度;低耦合区以传统农业为主,土地利用程度与效益严重失调。区位位置、资源状况及交通条件是形成县域内土地利用程度与效益间空间耦合协调格局的主要因素。

Abstract:It is important to explore the relationship between land use degree and land use efficiency for rational use of land resources. Given the regional variation of land use type and efficiency, it is necessary to analyze the spatial pattern and influencing factors of the coupling and coordinating degree between land use and its efficiency for the purpose of providing a basis for taking reasonable land use measures and guiding regional land use more scientific. Based on the land use data and social economic statistic data in 2011of each town of Renshou County that is located in the hilly region of mid-Sichuan basin, the coupling and coordinating degree between land use and its efficiency were calculated and its spatial pattern and influencing factors at this county scale were analyzed. The results indicated that the land use degree and efficiency were still at a lower level of coupling and coordination. However, there were significant disparities in coupling and coordinating degree within the study area. According to the coupling and coordinating value of each town, the whole county could be divided into three types, land use degree-efficiency gearing area, land use degree-efficiency rivaling area and low coupling and coordinating degree area. The gearing area included the towns that had advantageous position condition and rich mineral resources which resulted in higher level of coupling and coordination between land use degree and efficiency. The towns of rivaling area distributed along main communication lines and the neighbor area of the gearing area, which were characterized by better industries and characteristic planting; the land use efficiency of this area obviously lag behind the land use degree. The low coupling and coordinating degree area were characterized by traditional agriculture, where the relationships between land use degree and efficiency were seriously unbalanced. Obviously, the coupling-coordinating level between land use and its efficiency was related with position condition, traffic condition and mineral resources in the study area.
