盐胁迫对甜菜叶片生长及生理指标的影响

摘    要:以引自日本的2个饲用甜菜“K”和“Y”为试材,利用营养液培养法,研究了0.2%~0.8%盐度处理对甜菜叶片生长及其生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,甜菜幼苗叶片的单株叶面积、叶绿素总量和丙二醛含量呈先升高后降低的趋势;电导率、游离脯氨酸含量呈逐步升高趋势,可溶性糖呈先增加后降低趋势。NaCl浓度≤0.4%时,对2个甜菜品种的生长发育有明显的促进作用;≥0.6%的高浓度NaCl处理对甜菜生长有胁迫作用,浓度越高,胁迫作用越强。其中,甜菜“K”的耐盐能力强于甜菜“Y”。

Abstract:Two fodder beet varieties Y and K introduced from Japan were used as materials in this experiment. The effects of 0.2%-0.8% NaCl on the leaf growth and physiological indexes of the two varieties were studied using solution culture. The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration, the leaf area per plant, total chlorophyll and MDA content increased at first and then decreased, the conductivity and free proline content increased gradually, and the soluble sugar increased at first and then decreased. When NaCl concentration was below or equal to 0.4% , the growth and development were promoted significantly. When NaCl stressed, and the higher NaCl concentrations, the stronger than that of Y. concentration was greater than or equal to 0.6%, the greater influence to sugarbeet. The salt-resistant ability growth was of K wasstronger than that of Y.
